Here are the steps following your telephone call:

- Review and Assessment of personal needs by an MSW, which will help determine your needs and goals.

- Instructive session on Assisted Living Facilities in general.

- Identify facilities, which best meet your criteria.

- Set up appointments with the facilities in order to create awareness about your options.

- Visit the selected facilities with you.

- Facilitate interviews with the facility manager.

- Direct the move-in process and help with the transition.

- Follow-up visit with you within 30 days to assure your complete satisfaction and deliver our house warming gift as a token of our appreciation for using our services.
