Dear Luana:

        Just a few words of gratitude. Your motto, "Social working at its best" sure does apply to the way you treat your clients of which I am one! I found you to be competent, reliable, gracious and caring for which I am so grateful. You took care of me so well when I needed help and courage. My sister, Merriam Adelman, is now being cared for in a wonderful environment, "homey" and comfortable.
